The Company is not resident in the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and is therefore not subject to the UK Takeover Code. As an Australian publicly listed company, a takeover of the Company is governed by Chapter 6 of the Australian Corporations Act.

Artemis Resources Limited (“Artemis”) is a gold and copper focused resources company, with three major projects in Western Australia: 1) the Greater Carlow Castle gold-copper-cobalt project in the West Pilbara; 2) the Paterson Central project in the world class Paterson province in the East Pilbara; and 3) the Osborne joint venture in the West Pilbara where high-grade lithium pegmatites have recently been discovered with assays returning up to 3.6% Li2O in mineralisation which has been confirmed as spodumene. Read more about us here.
