Wayne Bramwell


Wayne Bramwell is an experienced mining executive with over 26 years of international and Australian project evaluation and development expertise across the base metals, precious metals and bulk commodity sectors. Mr Bramwell is a metallurgist and mineral economist and currently Non-executive Director at Ardea Resources Limited and Chairman of the Bentley Branch of the WA School of Mines Alumni (WASMA). Mr Bramwell was previously the Managing Director of ASX listed Kasbah Resources Limited where he took the company from IPO through all stages of evaluation of the Achmmach Tin Project in Morocco and began the process of project financing. During his tenure he raised extensive funds from the capital markets, off-take partners and international trading houses including negotiating two project level strategic joint ventures with Japan’s Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Nittetsu Mining Co. Ltd. Prior to this Mr Bramwell held senior executive roles with Iberian Resources Limited, Breakaway Resources Limited, Harmony Gold (Australia) Pty Ltd, Hill 50 Limited and several Australian engineering companies specialised in resource engineering.
